State cleared a possible $4.5B FMS for up to four KC-46As, eight PW4062s, and LAIRCM/ALR-69A gear for Qatar. Contractors include Boeing, Pratt & Whitney, RTX, and Northrop Grumman—this is not a signed sale.

The Navy is not buying a new missile. It is buying rate: a seven-year, $22.9 billion Tomahawk order that would take Raytheon from 60 a year to more than 1,000 after inventories were thinned by allied transfers and the Iran fight.
Naval
HII says CVN 79 completed acceptance sea trials on August 15 after earlier builder’s trials. Preliminary acceptance and Navy underway test and evaluation come next—without a delivery date in the release.
Partnerships
The Pentagon signed two seven-year SM-3 component frameworks with Boeing and RTX. Neither side disclosed a dollar value. The only official print this month is MDA’s $745 million Block IIA award for the United States and Japan.
Drones
Anduril won the services track of DHS’s $1.5 billion, five-year counter-UAS vehicle and missed the hardware track. It protested at GAO on August 12. A decision is due November 20.

HII’s $2.2B STINGRAI task order under GSA ASTRO is a Mission Technologies ISR win for SOUTHCOM—not a shipbuilding award—and it stretches one base year plus six options.

The Senate’s 90-6-1 stopgap would fund the Pentagon through Dec. 11 at FY26 levels while rejecting a $1B battleship anomaly and five multiyear munitions obligations. The House CR ends Dec. 4—compromise still required.
